$300K to $2M a month in 18 months.
How founder ads and an account rebuilt around product drops took a UK womenswear brand to $2M a month.
Beyond Nine is a UK womenswear brand run by its founder, launching new pieces twice a week to an active customer base.
When we started, the account was doing around $300k a month at an 8x return. Frequency was high, the return was falling, and the previous agency was treating the falling return as the problem.
An 8x return that was really a ceiling.
Three problems sat underneath it. Creative that was fine but not good enough, and not enough of it. A structure that could not handle two launches a week, so every drop left money on the table. And blended attribution that let Google take credit for conversions Meta had driven.
Founder ads, built around the drops.
Creative quality and volume together. Founder ads, UGC mash-ups and drop creative, all running in parallel and tested systematically.
An account rebuilt around the drop schedule. Each launch gets its own creative cycle: teaser before the drop, launch creative on the day, social proof as it builds, then evergreen formats between drops.
Media buying clarity. We stripped out the blended attribution, showed the founder the real Meta numbers and rebalanced spend. The return on any channel comes down as you scale. The question is whether you are acquiring customers profitably at volume, and the answer was yes.
$2M a month, and the efficiency held.
$300,000 a month to $2,000,000 a month in 18 months. One founder-ad campaign took $584,000 of spend at a 14x MER, and a single founder ad generated over $900,000 in revenue.
The account held that efficiency through the busiest period of the year. Meta ran at a 9.0 ROAS in November 2025, 9.9 in December and 8.7 in January 2026.
November alone brought 9,625 orders, up 37% on October, with 4,028 new customers.
