How 70 new ads in three months took a $40k-a-month account to $200k a month.
Milky Mama makes lactation treats and supplements for new mothers, sold direct in the US.
The account came to us in May 2026 spending $40k to $55k a month on a small evergreen library that had carried it for a year. The same ads were tiring and the return was falling before we arrived.
Volume, with an honest ceiling.
The founder wanted volume, not a prettier ROAS on a shrinking account. That meant two things at once: a step change in creative supply, and an honest number for how far the account could be pushed before it stopped making money.
More creative, and a model for how far to push.
Creative volume. 72 ads briefed in three months: direct-response statics, founder pieces, UGC-style videos, comment-reply videos and AI song ads, iterated weekly off what delivery backed.
An elasticity model instead of a ROAS target. With the client's finance lead we built a contribution model on the real margin and repeat-purchase curve, then set spend where monthly contribution peaks.
Taking the buying on. From July we ran the account as well as the creative, so budget could move behind winners the same day.
4.8x the spend, 2.4x the orders.
From May to August 2026, monthly Meta spend went from $41,711 to $201,443, Meta-attributed revenue from $137,034 to $296,658 and purchases from 1,962 to 4,794.
By August, 76% of the account's spend and 74% of its revenue were running on ads we made.
Across June to September our ads took $493k of Meta-attributed revenue on $327k of spend, across 7,677 purchases.
